Professor Ros Cameron

Director, Centre for Organisational Change and Agility
Torrens University Australia

Professor Roslyn Cameron is Director of the Centre for Organisational Change and Agility (COCA) at Torrens University Australia. She was a founder and Co-Convenor of the Mixed Methods ResearchSpecial Interest Group (SIG) of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) from 2011-2024, and a past Board Member of the Mixed Methods International Research Association(MMIRA).

She is the co-editor of the first Handbook on Mixed Method Research in Business and Management (2023)and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Mixed Methods Research(JMMR). She is also currently a member of the European Academy of Management’s (EURAM) SIG12: Research Methods & Research Practice and a member of the IMISCOE Standing Committee: Methodological Approaches and Tools in Migration Research.

Ros is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Research Advisory Panel. Prior to joining academia, Ros was a Senior HR Consultant working in Australia, the Middle East, and Fiji Islands. She has been the recipient of several large-scale workforce development research grants in skilled migration, coaching and mentoring, and skills recognition and an array of smaller scale research grants related to attraction and retention of regional workforces, self-managed teams, support for rural women’s entrepreneurial activities, work readiness/employability, and future skilling/future of work, totalling $1.9m. She has over 100 publications.

Associate Professor Heinz Hermann

Torrens University Australia

Associate Professor Heinz Herrmann is a member of Torrens University Australia’s Centre for Organisational Change & Agility (COCA) and Adjunct Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Leadership (AGSL). His expertise spans business and management broadly, responsible artificial intelligence (AI), and mixed methods research (MMR). Heinz’s contributions to MMR include devising the Systematic Science Mapping Framework (for large-scale systematic literature reviews with MMR) and advancing AI-supported MMR ethics, published in both the Handbook of Mixed Methods Research in Business and Management and The Sage Handbook of Mixed Methods Research Designs.

Dominika Ohana

Senior Lecturer, Business School, Brisbane Campus
Torrens University Australia

Dominika Ohana is a Senior Lecturer at the Business Faculty of Torrens University in Australia. She is strongly committed to inclusive, practice-informed education and research. She teaches Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) industry-based subjects. She is also a member and a PhD Candidate at the Centre for Organisational Change & Agility (COCA), where she uses mixed-methods research to study highly skilled migrants and their employment outcomes. With extensive experience in senior leadership, business operations, and customer experience across diverse industries and higher education in both Australia and Europe, Dominika offers students and migrants authentic, practice-based insights that equip them for success in today’s labour markets.

Beyond her academic role, Dominika serves as Head of Education and Research at the Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney, Australia.
