Presentation Overview
In-Person Only
The #MMIRA2026 Global Conference is planned as an in-person only event, and it will not be possible for submissions to be presented virtually. If a conference attendee cannot present the submission, then please advise the Conference Chair as early as possible so that we can adjust the Conference program.

Abstracts-Only
Accepted abstract only submissions may be presented as either interactive or roundtable sessions (10 minutes) or as full paper presentations (20 minutes). Presentations should clearly communicate the purpose, approach, and contribution of the work, and may reflect research at any stage of development. The preferred presentation format must be indicated at the time of submission..

Posters
A Poster Session will be built into the Conference Program.
At the Poster session, you will be required to stand by your Poster so Conference participants can view your research and interact with you.

Condensed Paper
These presented sessions take the form of traditional conference paper presentations. They involve a formal author presentation (with slide display) and time for discussion, questions, and answers. These sessions are designed for submissions that are more fully developed and nearing a final manuscript.

Research-In-Progress Paper (Interactive Session)
Interactive sessions are engaging, discussion-based sessions designed to encourage deeper dialogue and collaboration. They are usually held in a roundtable discussion format, with a shorter presentation to allow for more time for discussion and feedback.
